In the heart of Val Rendena, between the Brenta Dolomites and the Adamello and Presanella glaciers. Madonna di Campiglio, a tourist resort with about 800 inhabitants, among the most famous in all of Trentino, is located at 1,550 meters above sea level and is in the province of Trento.

Already in the second half of the 20th century it was a place of residence for the nobility and the wealthy Austrian bourgeoisie: among its guests we must mention Princess Sissi and Emperor Franz Joseph of Austria.

Today Madonna di Campiglio is a very popular destination for skiers and lovers of winter sports, but it is also very popular in the summer: its location is perfect for those who love hiking, trekking, cycling and mountain biking. Don't forget to reach at least one of the five lakes of glacial origin: Serodoli, Gelato, Ritorto, Nero and Lambin.

Furthermore, the nearby Adamello Brenta Natural Park offers 450 kilometers of mountain trails that can be explored on foot or by mountain bike. The landscapes are always picture-postcard, thanks to the wonderful Brenta Dolomites that act as a backdrop.

And for summer evenings, in the heart of the town you will find restaurants, bars, playgrounds for the little ones and discos for the younger ones. In every period of the year the tourist offer of Madonna di Campiglio is varied and of quality, both for the accommodation facilities also suitable for families with children and for the nature that surrounds it.

Finally, in the surroundings we recommend a visit to Pinzolo and the Nardis or Vallesinella waterfalls.
