Day 1: ARRIVAL DELHI
Upon your arrival at Delhi’s International Airport, our tour representative will meet and greet you before leading you to the transfer to your hotel for check-in. Delhi is a bustling metropolis where the past and the present merge, both defining the capital’s cultural and architectural heritage. If you’re feeling knackered after the flight, you can stay in the hotel to put your feet up and make the most of the available services. But if you’re itching to start exploring this fascinating city, then hit the streets and explore this bustling metropolis at your own pace.

Day 2: DELHI: SIGHTSEEING TOUR
After breakfast at the hotel start with a visit to Old Delhi. The tour will begin with a visit to Raj Ghat, a simple memorial to Mahatma Gandhi; drive past the Red Fort. The magnificent Red Fort, overlooking the river Jamuna was built during the years 1638 - 48 when the Mughal Empire was at its peak. The tour continues to Jama Masjid, one of Asia’s largest mosques which is viewed from the outside. People stream in and out of the mosque continuously and the presence of a nearby bazaar means that the area is rarely quiet. Enjoy a rickshaw ride through the busy old Delhi market to experience the surroundings and also visit to Spice market. After visiting Old Delhi, you will be driven to New Delhi, which reflects the legacy the British left behind. The tour to Imperial Delhi will include a visit to the Qutub Minar, which is the tallest stone tower in India. The Qutub Minar was started in 1199 AD by Qutub-ud-Din Aibak and was completed by the sultan's successor and son-in-law, Iltutmish. The Qutub Minar is still the highest stone tower and one of the finest Islamic structures ever raised in India. Then visit Humayun’s tomb, built by the widow of the second Mughal Emperor, Humayun, it is an outstanding monument in the Indo-Persian style, a precursor of the Taj Mahal. The tour also includes a drive past the imposing India Gate, the Parliament building and the Rashtrapati Bhawan, the President’s residence. Next, enjoy a culinary experience in Delhi at Dharampura Haveli (Lakhori Restaurant). Satiate your palette with Old Delhi delicacies and rich Mughlai cuisine surrounded by an old ethnic ambience at Lakhori, the on-premise restaurant. Day 3: DELHI – AGRA (205 km – 3 hrs)
After breakfast depart by road for Agra. On arrival meet the assistant and transfer to hotel. In the afternoon visit Agra Fort containing the halls of private and public audiences and other palaces, the seat and the stronghold of the Mughal Empire under successive generations also visit its Hall of Public Audience and its Royal Pavilions. This impressive red sandstone fort was built by Akbar between 1565 and 1573 A.D. Replete with gateways, pillared halls, mosques, marble trellises and geometric gardens; the Fort represents Mughal architecture at its peak. In the evening proceed to visit the Taj Mahal (closed on Friday) during sunset. Built by Shah Jahan in 1630 for his queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains. Sunrise is the best time to visit the Taj Mahal. This architectural marvel is a perfectly proportioned masterpiece fashioned from white marble that stands testimony to the sill of 20,000 craftsmen brought together from Persia, Turkey, France and Italy which took 17 years to complete this 'Love Poem in Marble‘.
In the evening witness Mohabbat – The Taj musical show, Agra. This 90-minute musical show features a replica of the Taj Mahal made in pure white Makrana marble like the original monument. The Taj show will be presented in 10 different moods, representing varying seasons and hours of the day. Also, spend some time at Sheroes Restaurant – the Restaurant is run by the ladies who are victims of the acid attack but fought back to become self-dependent with their confidence and positive approach. There is no price for anything as it is priceless, but you can donate at your will.

Day 4: AGRA – FATEHPUR SIKRI – RANTHAMBORE (280 km – 7 hrs)
In the morning after breakfast depart by road for Jaipur en-route visiting Fatehpur Sikri. The abandoned, ghost city of Fatehpur Sikri lies some 40 km from Agra. The city was built by Emperor Akbar in 1569, in honour of Saint Sheikh Salim Chisti, who prophesied that Akbar would have three sons. For 14 years Fatehpur Sikri was Akbar’s capital until a lack of water forced the city to be abandoned. The city is remarkably well-preserved, and visitors can see the Jama Masjid, the tomb of Salim Chisti, and several palaces. Next, continue the drive to Ranthambore.

Day 5: RANTHAMBORE
Today spend the morning and afternoon on safari in Ranthambore Park. Ranthambore Tiger Reserve is one of the biggest and most famous Tiger reserves in India. Famous for its tourist-friendly and most photographed Tigers, this reserve offers a wide variety of wildlife which includes tigers, leopards, sloth bears, hyenas, caracals, jungle and desert cats, desert foxes, Jackals, Blue bulls, Indian Gazelles, Spotted deers, common langurs, marsh crocodiles, pythons etc. It also hosts a rich birdlife which covers almost 300 different species of migratory and resident birds. The park is dotted with many lakes or water bodies, most of which are man-made. These lakes are part of the prime habitat for the royal predator and always there is a fight between resident and transient tigers to claim this supreme territory. The park is also dotted with ruins of the medieval period and it is most rewarding to observe the king of the jungle using these remnants of the past as their resting place.

Day 6: RANTHAMBORE – JAIPUR (150 kms – 3 hrs)
In the morning after breakfast, enjoy some free time in the resort. After lunch, leave for Jaipur. Upon arrival check in to your hotel. In the evening get ready for a cooking demonstration and dinner with local family. Join the hosts in their kitchen for a cooking demo and feel free to assist them while cooking. After dinner with the family return back to the hotel.

Day 7: JAIPUR
After breakfast, proceed for an excursion to Amer Fort located on top of a hill on the outskirts of the city. Enjoy an elephant ride one way up to the fort. The highlight of this fort is Sheesh Mahal (hall of mirrors) On return from the fort a short photo stop at Hawa Mahal. Later visit City Palace, the in-house museum has a vast collection of rare manuscripts, armouries, costumes, carpets and miniature paintings. Next, you will visit The Observatory which is the largest stone and marble-crafted observatory in the world.

Day 8: JAIPUR – DELHI (260 km – 5 hrs)
After a leisurely breakfast drive back towards Delhi. Arrive and check-in to your hotel.

Day 9: DEPARTURE DELHI
After breakfast in the hotel, hop onto your transfer to the international airport of Delhi, where you’ll catch your flight to your next destination.
Comfortable and light clothing is the most suitable for travelling in India. Visitors should not wear sleeveless shirts, shorts, short skirts or skimpy clothing when visiting temples, religious or official buildings. Shoes should be removed before entering a temple or private house. Sun protection, sunglasses, a hat and mosquito repellent can be very useful during your stay.
