Khiva Uzbekistan

Khiva is a town in the western province of Khorezm in the Republic. Khiva maybe has the most homogeneous example of Islamic architecture in the world, which is full of stunning mosques and madrasahs. Its historic center – Itchan Kala has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The city of Khiva is considered the pearl of the Khorezm oasis. Khiva, a truly ancient city, is attributed to Seven Wonders of the World. Most of the architectural masterpieces of Khiva are located inside the castle. They include high Eastern towers, grand madrasa buildings, and other historical places. They are decorated with fascinating mosaic and ornaments.
